A technical question... why do I detect the grain ( as pointilism?)   Was
this a digital shot?  Or High ASA film?  Or a cropped image with
magnification of the actual grain?

Frank it is Fuji Reala with a a bad scan from a Walmart CD, but I may not 
get 
to scan these for a few days, so I wanted to post it before it lost 
timeliness.
