I would agree with George on that...although cropping on the left with the 
tree or without the tree is a tough one.  Probably the tighter the better.

The photograph seems to reside in the upper left corner. The bottom half of 
the frame does nothing for the composition. I think you could also crop a 
good deal off the right while still using the strong triangle of the 
swing-set.
