Subject: [Leica] Canon digital equivalent to R7 and 100mm APO?

I am thinking of going the digi route - at least for studio work.
I have really liked my R7 60mm and 100mm APOllenses but the canon 20D is 
catching my eye.
Anyone jumped into canon lately?
What lenses come close to leica performace?

Or is this all blasphemy?
