Thanks for the advice -- I think the urge is subsiding, but with every NEW
AND IMPROVED! whizzy-bang digital camera, I feel my film foundation crack a
bit more...

Interesting enough, I felt that the 27-70 lens on my Canon film camera was
close to the R.
