[Leica] Some help

There is an obscure bug in the Gallery software that under some 
circumstances, people who create a login using a browser set to some 
language that is not English are given an account that cannot create 
folders. The same thing just happened to Laurent Turpin. I have fixed this 
problem in both of your login accounts and you should find a "Create Album" 
function now when you log in.
