If you are getting an attachment on LUG messages then your mailer is 
hallucinating. The LUG strips all attachments from outbound messages, and 
converts HTML into text.

Some mailers mistake two-part text messages for attachments, but there 
aren't very many two-part text messages sent; I just checked the last 55 
messages sent to the LUG, and none of them was multipart.

There are two possibilities: your email client is mistakenly triggering the 
"this message has an attachment" flag, or your email server is adding an 
attachment.
