Yes it has a parallax line, but I think that's no so precise as the Leica
Viewfinder.

Yes parallax error is significant when you are closer than 1.5 to 2.0
meters. The Leica finder has a parallax dotted line so you can make the
correction. I have not used a VC 28 mm finder so I do not know if it
has a parallax line as well.
