Mine would cost $3970 and I couldn't get what I wanted: an M7 with an 
MP rewind knob. :-(

Could some of the dealers (Kit?) let us know if the a'la carte system 
means that the prices will go up considerably? If a Leica now costs 
$2700, under a'la carte are we looking to break $3000?

If so, that's pretty crazy.
