Hardware woes, let me tell you about HW woes:
- How about this Summer 2 hours before we left for a plane to Japan, our
DSL router died? The whole office effectively shut down. I even asked the
employees the previous evening when we had dinner about "What's the worst
that can happen" and came up with various contingencies....

- How about 3 years ago when we left for a 3 week trip (we have no
employees other than ourselves then, but the server needs to be up and
connect to the world to mail out auto-responders etc.) and Pacbell (we only
had a "consumer" DSL plan then) decided that we never have DSL. Not even
when we said we can prove it by giving them 2 YEARS worth of bills? That
outage last 2 months :-(

etc.
