I would suggest that if you are lookng at a professional commercial
photographer in NYC you would be looking at $5000.00 for the photographer
alone. 

Depends on the "level" of photography you require. But if you want/need a
"thorough" professional for a commercial/advertising shoot you should be
prepared to pay $4-7K per day. 

This is not available light, hand held M6 work. You'll be paying for lots of
lights, lighting skill and assistants.

...and if you get the right photographer he'll know a good model and make up
person he has worked with before and that will make you job a lot easier.
