 From what I've read, I'm inclined to agree...big media is trying every  
method possible to stop digital copying in any way shape or form, and  
fair use be stuffed.  There was a bonehead legislative proposal to try  
to hold accountable those who manufacture technology that 'enabled'  
copying of music and video.
