I served a parish for nearly 20 years, composed mostly of 2nd generation Swedish immigrants, and between my Southern and their Swedish we learned not to poke fun! When I first arrived, one of them asked me, "Is Frazier a Polish name?" I ssurmised then I was in for a fun ride, and when they served me my first helping of lutefisk (sp?) at my first-ever Christmas smorgasbord, I KNEW I was in for that ride.
