Indeed,  all indicators point to it being a fine p&s. The problem is 
availability.
I tried to find one for myself a while back - no luck.  I got over it 
though.  I don't think
the new T4 enjoys the same reputation as the older one.

I have two of them (bought the second one when they were going out of
production).

Nice to have in a jacket pocket or places that are potentially a little
rough.
