I don't think so, but they do in the Southern Hemisphere.  That's a 
clue.

We got some of the biggest eagles around.  And 9 out of the 10 most 
deadly snakes in the world.  Bewdy.  And saltwater crocodiles, and 
Great White sharks, and sabre toothed wombats, ...
