[Leica] American Flag M7

These are legit cameras -- I have one that I purchased from Tamarkin in 
NY last year.  They are cameras that are supposed to be for test 
purposes.  A limited number for withdrawn for a set of countries 
(Canada, US, GB, France, Brazil, SW, NL, and several others).  The 
number varied by country.  These cameras were identified by the flag of 
the country and the legend (US test camera in the case of the USA).
