I am not sure how to take this comment from S.D., perhaps it is an
insult, perhaps a mere and off-target jest.  There are not many animals
which are not held sacred by some religious group, modern or antique.

Yes that's true!
Only animals once held sacred by other belief systems are ingested.
It kind of a 'take that'!
