I am using the first version of R19.  It has no problem using on both
EOS-10D and EOS-1.  I have no 1DS MkII, but I don't think it will have any
problem as it can fit on EOS-1 without having problem with the mirror.

However I heard that the 2nd version may have problem with the mirror.
