I often think its funny to see modern equipment used to imitate the
old. When photography started, there was a belief that it had to
imitate painting to be seen as art. Digital photography is a huge leap
away from traditional work and allows so many abstractions and "changes
of mind" that it will take a while for it to find its "art". To be
honest, I don't think the long term future of digital imaging will be
in reproducing images which look "antique", so for what its worth: I'd
suggest finding the future of this new wave of imaging options. BUT
having said that, I love these images, and wish I could make them ;-)
