So, you are telling me that twice the pixel count isn't going to make a
difference in a large print out?

Yes I have. It's a really, really nice camera. Very fast, excellent
ergonomics, excellent white balance etc, but I think Nikon fell a
little short in the image quality department, especially compared to
something like it's competitor, the 1D mk2. And I think the D20 has
just made the situation worse for Nikon.

Well, ok then. If that is what you like, I'm not going to argue with
you. Personally I'm a big fan
of Delta3200 which can look like a sand painting.

Yes, and no. The 2Dh is faster and built like a tank, but the D20 has
pretty much the same image quality as a 1D mk2, but is slower and not
built like a pro camera. Lots of pros are shooting with the D20 in high
risk areas or simply because they can afford 2-3 bodies for the price
of a 1D mk2.

I don't mean this as a personal attack on your camera, but I'm not the
only person who thinks along these lines, as far the D2h is concerned.
And I think Nikon has also come to that conclusion and will
do something about it shortly. Maybe people will get lucky and
Nikonwill offer something like the sensor upgrade program that Kodak
offered for the 14.
