Subject: [Leica] The Difference Between a Blizzard and an Earthquake
From: buzz.hausner at verizon.net (Buzz Hausner)

I did venture out with my ten-year-old son and an M6 .85 and 75mm
Summilux. The wind was ferocious, but I kept it at my back while taking
pictures. Nonetheless, my boy Harry was just a very faint outline even
though he stood seven feet away and wore a blaze red jacket.

The difference between a blizzard and an earthquake is that after the
blizzard you dig yourself out. After the earthquake somebody else will
dig you up.

        Good digging!

        Buzz

"took pictures of the whiteout"... did you venture outside then?

That wind is the killer for yours truly.

Jim

P.S. I'll still take this over earthquakes, tornadoes, etceteras.
