Hi Don,
The contrasts create a powerful photograph with a kind of ominous feeling as 
though the city is being "walled in." I re-call work similar to this I 
believe in LIFE many years ago of New York? Or other major American city.

It's strength is it's simplicity without clutter. A clean and in your face 
photograph.

Another point you may not have thought of. It's perfect for a magazine cover 
with the open space upper left & side where magazine title and story details 
could be inserted. Maybe you've a possible sale to a publishing house or 
other interested party down your way some day.
