Steve, your compelling image gave me a chill for a very personal reason. My 
mom told me when I was very small that at my birth the hospital nurses had 
commented on my hands and said that I would be a surgeon! Seeing your 
photograph reminded me of why that could never have been. I have had the 
nerve to deal with life-changing legal problems of clients but I would not 
have had the nerve to handle a scalpel inside a patient's brain.
