My Canon 300 f2.8 is clearly better than my 280 f2.8 Leica. When i
first saw this I sent my 280 back to leica for a clean, expecting haze
on elements to be the cause. It was no better when it came home despite
being given a clear bill of health by Leica. The other Leica lenses I
own are equally clearly superior to the equivalent Canon offering.
