I've got his "Jazz" book. And a lot of Pacific Jazz albums. Vinyl. Very 
cool, but it does not say what he shot with. The Digital Journalist site has 
an interview with Claxton that says after a Speed Graphic he migrated to a 
Rollei (wonderful lenses, says he) and then to Nikon.
