Subject: [Leica] Instructions for the Pleasant Auto-up Super Nooky for Leica Summitar?

Does anyone know exactly how this thing works? I picked one up at the 
Vancouver Camera Show last weekend w/o instructions. It looks like it was 
designed for close foccussing a Screw Mount Summitar lens and IIIF or IIIG 
from 0.5 - 1.0 meter.
