Subject: [Leica] Norman's Wibbly-Wobbly Millenium Bridge

Sir Norman Foster's bridge was locally christened (and nationally known) 
as the "Wibbly-Wobbly Bridge" due to the oscillations, he (or his 
engineers) screwed up on the construction (well.. he's a designer and 
architect)
The bridge was closed for quite a time until they got the problems 
sorted out.
That said, he made a wonderful job of the Reichstag in Berlin.
