Subject: [Leica] Hood for collapsible Summicron
From: asgm3 at yahoo.com (G Medina)

I'm new to the LUG, but have been using the Elmar current
model hood on my collapsible summicron for a few months
now. As others have already mentioned, the hood is very
compact and does give adequate shading. I use a leica uv
filter along with the hood, and find that I don't get
serious vignetting in the corners. I'm including a photo
taken with the lens, uv filter, and hood combo, shot wide
open.
