Thanks to those who commented on my

Responding:

--I don't yet know how it will print, but I am worried because I often
have problems with blown highlights on these multi-colored (including
black and white) dogs.

--There are 6 dogs. You can easily tell by counting the noses.

--True, they are not really guarding anything. They are watching for
squirrels.

--The highlights are a bit blown. (See #1, above.)

As to F1, which I have been following off and on since the early
sixties, I'd just like to say I'm proud to be in a discussion group with
Frank Dernie and appreciate his comments greatly. My own take is there
was too much posturing going on and everyone wound up marching off the
cliff in lock-step. Perhaps a neutral mediator could have helped, but
even that may have been impossible. Even if all championship points
were 'ceded' to Ferrari, what would have happened if during the 'race'
say a McLaren or Williams had punted M. Schumacher off the track? Or
vice versa? (Just speculating, of course. Things like that never really
happen in F1.)

As to Nathan's Father's Day presents: I have always greatly admired you
too. When may I come over?

--Bob a/k/a Pop (Thanks, Matt)
