Subject: [Leica] dslr battery time

as others have said -- dslr's have a long battery life -- mine lasts for
weeks -- i've never counted, but maybe 2,000 photos. i think i probably
average about 100 photos a day. i got a second battery (aftermarket) on ebay
for $4.00 and a charger for $5.00. plus, i think in france, if your
batteries are running low, a quick post to the lug would find you a d70 user
in the area who would be tickled pink to buy you a croissant while your
battery recharged.

i've always found luggers more than generous like this.

have fun on your vacation,

kyle

p.s. remember, in order to keep the film experience real, pause for 45
seconds after every 36 exposures.
