Nathan,

I'm a big fan, but rarely post responses to pictures. How often can I
post "I really liked #3" or other banal comments like that? I'm sure
that more than 20 people respond positively to your work, but through
quiet enjoyment rather than through emailed responses. Rants, on the
other hand, tend to elicit responses that are not consistent with
"quiet enjoyment."

Anyway, there have been a handful of thoughtful responses to the email
that began this thread, and I look forward to some discussion of the
issues raised. As amusing as I find your comment about "fanatic
stoned on fixer" to be, responding in kind to the original post is but
one possible way to deal with this. I don't think that the thread
began simply as a troll, and even though I enjoy Kyle's work too, I
welcome discussion of the issues raised, whether through humour,
outrage, or discussion.

Mark
