Subject: [Leica] DMR Euro Pricing?

Foto Brenner: 4462 EUR (list price of 4600 less 3% discount)
Leica bei Meister: 4600 EUR

By themselves, these prices are not that interesting for you, since 1
EUR = $1.22 or something like that at the moment. However, keep in mind
that the prices include German VAT (16%), which a buyer based outside
the EU does not have to pay, so your price would be 4600/1.16=3965 EUR.
But, that is around $4800, and once you add the shipping cost, your
savings compared to buying locally are gone.
