I plan to drive to Perpignan on the morning of Saturday the 3rd and spend the entire day there. Now, I know we have Barcelona LUGgers, and probably others who are familiar with the city. I am not, having never visited it besides a plane change at the airport once last year. So, if anyone knows a decent hotel close to the seaside that does not cost an arm and a leg (for a family of 4), then I would love to hear about it. Just to make sure we are not homeless, I have made a reservation at one of the NH Hotels (Cornella), but that can be cancelled at any time if there is something better.
