Subject: [Leica] PAW and posting pictures

As an amateur photographer, doing this PAW thing is tough. Everyone has
excuses for not taking pictures, and it takes disciples to try to do it and
to post the picture every week. Occasionally I post pictures that I thought
is interesting to share. Having said that, while I hope I am a better
photographer since I restarted in the hobby a couple years ago, it's clear
that I have vary far to go. Sure, I take better pictures than some of my
friends, but that's in the category of "not saying much."

So while I will continue to do the PAW, I will not be announcing them every
week, unless I think they have some merits. The only reason I felt compel
to write about it is just to say that I am not quitting. I will do this PAW
and more every week. And of course a lot of time I thought certain pictures
have some merits, but they are often "not good enough" or worse. Clearly
luggers have high standard, and of course we have high standard bearers too
who amaze us with their shots weekly and in some cases, daily. For these
people, I thank you. It's always inspiring to see a GB pic, a Steve Barbour
pic., a Doug Herr pic etc. Keep them coming please.
