Subject: [Leica] beta impressions of DMR

Ok - it is late. Long day. But - the DMR arrived!

Beta impressions:
1) Images are creamy smooth and rendition is extemely film like.

2) DMR does seem to write faster to sandisk Exterme cards (compared to
ultra). I have a Ridata 150x card on its way. Will be interesting to
see if I get a faster write speed.

3) I think it very unlikely that I will ever put film in my R8 again.

More real world testing by daylight.
