Glorious colours Adam,
I'm not too sure about the BW version, but I find the colour versions 
very nice indeed, our Bougainvillea stayed green this year, not enough 
sun in this part of the world..

I tried something similar the other day, I liked it at first, posted it 
and then took it down again because I wasn't too sure
I've just reposted it as a comparison, let me know what you think,
Quite unexpectedly, for me at least, the colour shot seems "sadder" than 
the BW version.

Image converted with photo-plugins BW converter (very versatile 
freeware! - in Kodak T-max mode, one of the film characteristics options)
