The noise issue is very important to me, too. But sometimes I have the 
impression that the reviewers have only this in mind. I agree Canon is way 
in front with their sensors. But Nikon has the faster flash syncs, 
Konica-Minolta the better anti-shake system, the DMR the more naturally 
looking colors, Leica the better glass (Canon's fast glasses, 35/1.4 and 
50/1.4, for instance, have a rather ugly bokeh in my opinion).
