We went to "China Grill," supposedly a Chinese restaurant with Peruvian 
influence. The food is pretty decent but I am afraid I don't taste anything 
too unique about them. They have one of those paneled off kitchen so you 
can watch them:

Wok Qi. Chinese say if the food has Wok Qi, then it will taste good. This 
wok seems to have lots of Qi:
