[Leica] Leica Books....which to buy?

I second these suggestions.

The last - 15th - edition of the Leica manual is well worth seeking out, as 
is the 11th, the last one before the M series was released  IIRC. Of course, 
we all have an original copy of the First Edition, first printing, do we 
not.
