Jayanand,
While I highly respect the imaging of the Canon 50mm F1.4, it does flare
like a stuck pig squeels. Flare is something that John finds mightily
offensive so I left off that recommendation. As to the IIIg, we all know
that Leica built that camera as a reargaurd to keep all the Leicaphiles who
were offended by the bloated size of the M series withing the Leica fold.
Any Leicaphile who loved the svelte size of their III something camera would
have nothing to do with the much larger Canon 7. :)
