Adam.. it is the only timer that works in F-Stops.  i.e..... up 1/6 of a
grade, not +10 seconds.

This is a 2 edged sword... it allows you to think in F-stops, but FORCES you
to accept F-Stop timing.  It does not have a direct time input.  However, it
allows for the set of 1/4, 1/3, 1/6, or 1/12 grade changes.

I resisted he RH designs timer for a while.  I used a chart of he times as a
semi-substitute.  This convinced me that evaluations my prints in terms of
F-Stops is best for me.  Then I bought the timer.... which ain't cheap......
But it simplifies my life, and that is good.

for one of those. Can you say why you like that particular unit - the
RH designs?
