Yes, using a dry mount press makes flattening a joy.... Dry them on a
screen, then press ( cold) overnight in a stack,  then one at a time press
them hot ( 200F) for about 2 minutes, place them face down on a glass plate,
put another glass plate on top, and in about 30 seconds, you are done.
Easier to do than say.....

I have not used Neutol.. is it different from Dektol ?
