I didn't know the answer to your question so I asked the bass player, and he 
responded:

Hi Bill,
In the photo that's not an arrangement but
rather it's a lead sheet. A lead sheet is simply the distillation of the
tune; the melody, chord changes, and less often also contains a
suggested intro and/or ending. A scored arrangement is often much more
complete and are commonly used in big band, or theater settings...
