I've been renting local darkrooms for the last 5 years or so in Calgary 
(pop. 1,000,000). The first darkroom came complete with studio (with 14 foot 
high ceiling) in addition to a great darkroom setup.

My current darkroom has no studio, a less user friendly darkroom layout but 
a good location just 10 minutes from my home.
