Christophe is one of the top 2 Belgian advertising photographers (the  
other one is Frank Uyttenhove: http://altpick.com/members.php?id=17788)
I created one of the concepts in the book you gave the link for. He's  
a difficult guy to work with, but the results are always very  
worthwhile.
