I think she made the right choice too. The technical details don't concern her as much as handling and intuitive use. The short time I used the Pentax yesterday nearly convinved me to buy one for myself. Trouble is, I just treated myself to a nice 50 year old Retina Ia and am having too much fun with it right now. Just as a lark, I made some prints from the Retina and the Pentax and handed then to some photographer friends to look over. No one had any clue as to which were from film and which were digital.
