I read somewhere that horseradish and hot sauce killed the bacteria, 
too ;-)  My record for raw oysters is 8 dozen at one sitting.  I've 
never gotten sick either.  My last trip to San Francisco, I ate 4 
dozen for lunch and would have eaten more but they were way too 
expensive!  I like those cheap Apalachicola oysters best ;-)
