Subject: [Leica] Dumb Rodinal Question

I haven't used Rodinal in years, so bear with me. When the massive
development chart calls for 1+25 dilution of Rodinal, it means that 1 ml of
the Rodinal "full strength, right out of the bottle" is mixed with 25ml
water, correct? There is no intermediate "working solution" like there is in
HC110, correct?
