Hang on a minute - wasn't he carrying his Contax, a Rollei and a Graphic on 
D-Day? I would think that would give him at least some choice-of-kit worries!
 
(For the non-photography days, his choices were probably MORE interesting!

I suspect there was a significant advantage for Capa... not having  
many redundant lenses. He was out there with a lens and a camera  
actually  taking photos (when he wasn't doing other things) ...not  
making the wrenching decision... "what outfit do I use today ?".....
