I agree, also different emulsion batches can make a slight difference  in 
outcome, so it might be wise to buy most of what you shoot at one time.  
 
Another thing to consider is that different stores may or may not  
refrigerate the film, and film does age.   This is less a  consideration 
with color neg 
than with transparency, but it is a factor in color  reproduction.
