Tina,
I much prefer the first one butterfly image.  The transition from sharp to
unsharp will be wonderful in a large print.  Viewing an image in low res on
a monitor does not do justice to some images.  This is one of those images
that need to be big to work as well as they should.  Always go with your
first instincts when it comes to artistic decisions.

Great image by the way, relatively unusual for sunflower images so should be
saleable.
